A person with poor memory tends to be a happier person.Most of the time, we tend to rmb the bad/unhappi things that happened around us. When there's a black-out or no water supply, we'll think that life is miserable, but when did we be grateful when there's electricity and water?
We often take the good things around us for granted...
I should be grateful that i still have my family n frens to hear my grumbles, n forget that loniness i felt in clinic.I should be grateful that i have a job now and able to help my family, n forget that i'm tied and hav no freedom for next 3 years...I should be thankful that everyone is encouraging me n not blaming me for making mistakes, and not stressing myself too much. I should fully uds that no one is prefect, and i shld jus try my best and stay happi...Wao** so amazed by myself...Wahaha
